- After cleansing, apply to damp skin and massage in circular motions for 1 to 2 minutes, avoiding the eye area.
- For a more intense result, apply to dry skin and gradually add water while massaging.
- Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
- Use 2 or 3 times a week.
Important: because of Retinol and acids, always wear sunscreen in the morning. Do not use another exfoliant on the same day.

Why does it warm up?
The formula warms on contact with water. The warmth enhances exfoliation and vitamin delivery. It is a normal, pleasant sensation.
How often should I use it?
2 or 3 times a week. For daily exfoliation, choose the gentler daily microfoliant.
Dry or damp skin?
Both work. Damp skin gives a gentler polish, dry skin a more intense one.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Patch test first and stop using it if irritation occurs.
Can I use it with a retinol serum?
Not on the same evening. Use thermafoliant and your retinol serum on different days.
