- Dispense about half a teaspoon into very wet hands and rub together to create a creamy paste.
- Apply to face and neck in circular motions, avoiding the eye area.
- Massage gently for one minute, then rinse thoroughly.
- Use once daily, morning or night. If you are new to exfoliation or have sensitive skin, start every other day and build up to daily use as tolerated.
