1. General provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.dermalogica.ge (the “Website”) and the purchase of products through it.

The Website is operated by, and products are sold by, Aesthetic Center MM LLC (identification code: 404875471; legal address: 6 Paliashvili St., Tbilisi, Georgia), the distributor of Dermalogica products in Georgia (the “Company”, “we” or “us”).

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, Delivery Policy and Return Policy.

Orders may be placed by persons aged 18 or over.

2. Customer account

You may order with or without creating an account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate information and must not share your password with third parties. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Products and information

Product images are for illustration purposes; colour or packaging may differ slightly from the actual product. Product descriptions, ingredients and directions for use are based on information provided by the manufacturer.

Skin reactions are individual. We recommend a patch test on a small area of skin before using a new product, and consulting a specialist if you have a skin condition, are pregnant or are undergoing treatment. Information on the Website is not medical advice.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Georgian lari (₾) and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout.

The price shown on the Website at the time the order is placed applies. The Company may change prices without prior notice. If a price is displayed incorrectly due to an obvious technical error, the Company may cancel the order and refund the amount paid in full.

Payment is made by bank card through the secure payment page of JSC Bank of Georgia. Card details are processed only by the bank; the Company does not receive or store them.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been completed successfully and you have received a confirmation email.

5. Cancellation by the Company

The Company may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the price was displayed in error, or there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud. In such cases we will contact you and refund the amount paid in full.

6. Delivery

We deliver throughout Georgia. Delivery within Tbilisi takes 2 business days and costs 5 ₾; delivery to the regions takes 3 business days and costs 10 ₾. Delivery is free for orders of 100 ₾ or more. See the Delivery Policy for details.

Please check that the packaging is intact on receipt. If it is damaged, tell the courier and contact us.

7. Returns and exchanges

Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of receipt, under the conditions set out in the Return Policy. Please contact us before sending a product back.

For hygiene reasons, only unopened and unused products with intact packaging and factory seal can be returned. This restriction does not apply to defective or incorrectly delivered products.

Refunds are made to the card used for payment, within the timeframe set by the bank.

8. Promotions and promo codes

Promotions and promo codes are valid under their stated terms and periods. Unless stated otherwise, one promo code may be used per order, discounts cannot be combined, and they cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. Intellectual property

Dermalogica trademarks belong to their owner. Texts, photos and design on the Website are protected and may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without the Company’s written consent.

10. Liability

The Company is not liable for consequences of using a product incorrectly or contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions, or for temporary unavailability of the Website due to maintenance or causes beyond the Company’s control. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights guaranteed by the legislation of Georgia.

11. Changes

The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions. Changes take effect once published on the Website. Your order is governed by the version in force at the time the order was placed.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the legislation of Georgia. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation; failing agreement, they shall be settled by the courts of Georgia.
