- Gua sha: after your cream, from the center of the face outward and upward, with gentle pressure.
- First weeks: start the retinol serum every other night.
Important: because of Retinol and Glycolic Acid, always wear dynamic skin recovery or another sunscreen during the day. Consult your doctor before using Retinol if pregnant or breastfeeding.

No. Vitamin C is for the morning, Retinol for the evening. Cleanser and eye serum work at both times.

Use microfoliant in the morning and Retinol at night. If skin becomes sensitive, use microfoliant a few times a week.
How do I use the brush?
Use it to apply masques and creams evenly and hygienically.
Can sensitive skin use it?
Yes, but introduce actives gradually, especially Retinol.
